5. Timing: The Competition begins May 13th 2015 and the closing date for entry to the competition is June 7th 2015 at 00:00hrs.

8. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from County / State.
9. Your data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of administering this prize draw and we reserve the right to provide any data to third party prize providers and/or other service providers for the purposes of facilitating and administering this prize draw
10. A limit of only one registration via this website or store per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted.
11. There are x5 runner up prizes of a 2-night stay for 2 people at a Design Hotel member. These prizes only include the hotel stay of 2 nights for 2 adults including breakfast. Any costs associated with the receipt of and/or use of the Prize that are not expressly stated in section 11 are not included in the Prize and are the responsibility solely of the Prize Winner.
a. Hotels are subject to availability and Design Hotels reserves the right to exclude hotels from selection.
b. Prize is based on 2 people sharing a room.
c. Breakfast is included all other costs and extras are the responsibility of the prize winner.
d. Design Hotels cannot guarantee availability and peak times may be fully booked.
e. Prize must be redeemed by 7th June 2016.
12. The Grand prize includes two return Economy class flights to Mexico for two people, including flight taxes. The winner (and his/her companion) are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in these terms and conditions), including (where applicable) any other transport (other than the flights and Mexico car hire awarded as part of the Prize), spending money, insurance and all other incidentals.
The Grand prize includes:
a. 2 return economy flights to Mexico up to a maximum value of £750 per person (or local market equivalent). Prize travel must be redeemed by 7th June 2016. All flights are subject to booking and flight availability.
b. 5 nights at Hotel la Semilla, Playa del Carmen including breakfast.
c. 2 nights at Hotel Deseo, Playa del Carmen including breakfast.
d. 3 nights at Hotel Papaya Playa, Tulum including breakfast.
e. Car provided by SIXT for duration of trip including full insurance. In the event of an accident drivers will need to pay the excess charge . Drivers must hold a valid driving license and travel company and SIXT reserves the right to withhold approval to loan their car subject to winners license status and claim history. Fuel is not included.
f. Free entry, VIP table and a complimentary bottle of spirits and mixers at Papaya Playa project.
g. One winner will win a prize of £1,000 or €1,000 or $1,500 or HKD 15,000 or RUB 60,000 or AED 3,000 REISS gift card, dependant on country where winner is a resident. There is no alternative prize. For countries of residence where we do not have a Reiss store or concession or online delivery mechanic this element of the prize will not be fulfilled.
13. The Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancelation value once booked.
