Help: selling house and neighbours

I think it is a complete grey area. As in what constitutes a dispute and neighbours. I've been over and over this and as far as noise goes tbh I wouldn't notice but my other half does which shows just how subjective it is.0

To me a neighbour is someone nextdoor not down the road. But to avoid any problems i would just put on the form that there have been problems in the past with one house but nothing since 2011. That way a buyer cant come back and say you didnt mention it.0
