IAS Template and a question about landowner

The wording on the car park signs is important too. Sometimes these don't tie up with the NtK.
If you are not local, maybe one of the regulars who live locally can help, if they knew the car park in question.0 -
Hi
Want to add photos or link to photos of signage, ticket and Guidelines for appeal but forum tells me I cannot as a new user.
Can anyone help?0 -

You'll need to host the photos first on tinypic or photobucket free hosting sites. Then follow CC's instructions above. Then one of the regulars will convert the links for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Please find links to photos below. Any advice/guidance for drafting my IAS appeal greatly appreciated.
FYI: the car park has 4 signs, 1 is placed approx. 7-8 feet on the air, the other 3 are placed on low walls approx. 2 feet off ground.

Clicky links for you
Will have a look at these more fully later for you but those signs are c@!p
The first thing that leaps out is the wording
otherwise than in accordance with .
i.e. doing something that is not within the rules i.e. disguised breach of terms and conditions - not a contractual sum - IPC don't allow that model0 -
Don't bother. Utterly pointless engaging with the IAS, leave it. Better not to have that loss under your belt. Bazster's post here sums it up:Will be taking photos of signage tomorrow and drafting appeal
