Balance transfer time

Hi I've applied for and been accepted for a capital one card, it's to transfer my balance to have a short interest free period to help me pay it off

How long does the process take to do the transfer? My card should be here in the next few days, I gave cap one my other card details and the amount I want to transfered.

I've transferred £400 so I'm assuming they'll give me a limit about £400 which I won't be using...

Ill keep checking the other card to see if it's been paid then I'll cancel it

Dont forget the trailing interest, you need to pay the card off in full and then one more payment after that which covers the interest between the previous statement date and the time that the full payment hits the account.
