POPLA appeal upheld but now Debt Recovery Letter

Back in Jan, thanks to a lurk around this forum and using parking ticket appeals which appears to have had a change or two since then, I successfully appealed a Staples / JAS ticket.

I didn't receive anything through the post from JAS in the first place as I appealed as soon as I got the ticket.

I've just received a letter from Dara Debt Recovery which I gather are JAS with a different name.

Should I point out to them that this ticket was cancelled or go through POPLA and suggest I am aghast that one of their noble members would do such a thing?

Not through the post but I did get the email confirming my appeal had been upheld and the charge should now be cancelled.

I did after posting this drop an email to the address on the newbies thread for the BPA, and to POPLA attaching their original decision and the letter sent from JAS / DDR. I had a very quick response and an investigation will be conducted as apparently this is the first time they are aware of this happening in over 50,000 cases decided by POPLA.

Hopefully it 'should' be pretty straightforward for them to investigate and I will update this thread when I find out more.
