    That might have to come out of surplus....hmm, although you could argue. If those with children get an allowance for children (ie they get more money allowed for haircuts, pets, holidays food etc etc), then those that are single should be allowed and allowance for finding love, which they would be doing if not BR. Now nothing extravagant, but surely something should be allowed?
