Birchanger layout mess may have improved since, but 'NO SIGNS visible anywhere' was easily proven, let alone the other popla classics.

Steve Clark interceded when Parking Lie failed to answer anything.

I retain signed receipt evidence for 5 letters[was lucky with RD letters, not knowing better then].
They failed to answer over 30 emails/comms, then admitted receiving 1, giving false dates both of my writing and their receipt.
They failed to send popla code, then caught themselves out in their own lies re: letters rcvd and sent, even with BPA's Steve Clark. He is often caned but, with &'s 'courteous encouragement' :-), applied electronic cattle prod and it worked.

I also dug deeply into landowner details - all on Threads - and supplied proof of equivalent parking cost, tiny, within matching town radius.

Parking Lie did not turn up, supply anything, obliging Cbris Adamson to grant both Appeals.

Parking Lie have ignored my subsequent Invoices for all the usual costs and charges.

As OAP, pursuing them further in the Small Claims Court is not something I can make 1st priority, but I have 6 years to save the necessary £s, while continuing to give s small weekly amount to the Beavis fund.
