Nothing will happen to your girlfriend.
If payments are not made then any action taken by the creditor
would be against you.
You would need to check the terms of the original agreement with the gym to see whether they have obtained the right to report to the credit reference agencies.
Either way they still will chase you for the money, write to you, possibly pass to debt collectors.
Even if they cannot report to the credit reference agencies if you do not pay they would have the option to commence court proceedings against you to try to obtain a CCJ (they may not choose to do so, but it is an option for them)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
