I just got this email from Tesco home panel:
All of our panellists are required to own a Clubcard and before joining the panel their level of Non Food purchases is checked to ensure it meets our criteria. There is no one on our database who has not given us a valid Clubcard number as all these details have been verified with Clubcard themselves. Although we introduced these measures in January not all members whose Non Food purchases fail to meet our criteria have been taken off the database yet so as to avoid a sudden decrease in panellists.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Thanks for the warning Sarah,I do have a clubcard and will have to make sure I buy enough non food items on it.Suppose its only fair you test their products if you shop there, the thing is it should probably go on food spend too as if they kicked us all off the panel and we all stopped shopping there they would lose a lot of money.
I couldnt agree more! there are only so many non food items that you can buy but a lot of us spend a fortune at Tesco on food each week.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
