    I have recieved this email today as well, but have not been able to log in to see if its actually there or not - I was never sent log in details. Just an email to say you're accepted and welcome and then the next one was today to ask about the food waste survey... Should I have had log in details sent to me? Have they already lost the plot completely?!

    The login details came in the very first email that said they were verifying clubcard spend details and would contact you by a certain date,have a look at that.

    Check the very first email you got from them saying they were checking your clubcard details,thats where my log in details were.

    Ah, well I didn't keep that email, can't have seen the login details on it! Ooops...

    Do you think we might both be dropped from the word off as we didn't even notice our login details?!!!! I'm guessing the password was random letters and numbers and not something obvious or generic?
