THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL YESTERDAY ASKING ME TO PUT MY CLUBCARD NUMBER IN
I EMAILED BACK TO SAY I DONT HAVE A CLUBCARD
AND THEY HAVE KICKED ME OFF THE PANEL!!! FOR NOT HAVING A CLUBCARD!!! I WOULDN'T MIND BUT THEY DON'T LET YOU APPLY ONLINE, AND WHENEVER I'M IN STORE THERE'S NO FORMS.
THEY'VE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.0 -

I am a bit concerned about telling them my Clubcard number, as although I do have a Clubcard, I don't do my main grocery shop there, just visit occasionally as the mood strikes for bits and pieces. I sent a grump saying everytime I've gone for an application form for a clubcard they haven't had any, and they replied with we'll send you one in the post
And I got a razor trial, which means I must be back on the panel.0 -

Once again-been asked to test dog treats, when i have cats instead!
I really think they need to improve the profile bit, where it asks if you have any pets-it should ask WHAT type of animal do you have....would save people like me being asked to test things that i cant.
