Is anyone else doing the dog chunks in jelly with chicken trial? I had an email to say they were despatched on 28th October but they still haven't arrived. Has anyone else got theirs yet?

Ok just found this info in their T& C section regarding clubcard points...:T

Clubcard Points

1. For surveys offering Clubcard points as an incentive these will be awarded following the successful completion of the survey or series of surveys as detailed in the joining instructions.
2. Tesco Clubcard points earned through Tesco Home Panels will appear on your Clubcard statement up to three months after you have successfully completed the survey.
3. Clubcard points can only be awarded to you if you have provided a valid Clubcard number to Tesco Home Panels.

received dry dog food fo trial today and am expecting the chicken chunks as doing that one to,only received the dry one today and has to be completed by tues they havnt given me much time....also hopefully doing the spray one aswell.....

Just incase you miss a questionnaire for a trial:

According to the FAQs, if you miss a questionnaire you should receive an email from them asking if you would like to continue being a panel member.

However, this didn't happen to me. I noticed that I hadn't received any trials for months (i used to receive a lot on a regular basis and thought something strange was going on) so I emailed them to ask if my account had been suspended or something, but that I hadn't recieved this email that they mention in their FAQs.

Anyway it turns out that the FAQ info is out of date and if you miss a questionnaire then you will just be kicked off.

They have said to me I can go back on the waiting list but there are sooooooo many people currently on it, and they operate a one in one out system.

So beware people!

I just checked my emails regarding the cat food which has been despatched on 3/11 but not received as yet, probably tomorrow, and it has to be completed by 12/11.
