on average i have to wait about 2 weeks but it has been upto 3 before i've received owt.you don't get confirmation that you've been accepted but they they post the product out to you then send an email to say it's been sent.this week tho i actually received the email after i'd got the package

Me too, I have accepted the value polish too but no email yet

got an email for dishwasher tablets, but recently gave mine away cos i wasnt using it anyway, oh well lol

not using a dishwasher??? you must be crazy, or else im the crazy one that has hers on twice a day!!! hehe

haha i got a family of 5 and the dishwasher just got on my wick, much easier to chuck them in the sink as i go, and all done and dusted then, hated loadng and unloading the dishwasher, more hassle than its worth lol

I have completed on several items and never received them. It also says that i am unable to participate in any new trials. I have not done anything wrong and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this/have advise?
