TSB Fraud team systems down since 8am

I been trying to report fraud on my account. I been advised their systems are down and cant assist at present this as been going on since 8.00 am I am not happy

It should be their problem rather than yours (i.e. if they're liable for resolving fraud occurring before 8am they should be equally liable after 8 too!) but just in case, make and keep a note of exactly when you phoned them....0
