Am I good to go with the letter now? should I keep or remove the beavis section of the letter?
thanks0 -
Just note that the Beavis case is now to be heard in July and not June.0

I have to send my letter by tomorrow, so shall i remove the Beavis section and send it?
Go back to the NEWBIES sticky, post #3 as there's been a very recent update on how to deal with the GPEOL appeal point in the context of Beavis.
There's a paragraph in blue typeface that you now need to include; also the advice now is to reposition your GPEOL appeal paragraph as your final appeal point rather than your first.
Time is now very much of the essence (what have you been doing for the past 20 days since we were giving you extensive advice on your POPLA appeal?).
DO NOT MISS YOUR POPLA DEADLINE, or else your next request for help will be how to deal with a PE court case! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks for your reply,
should i add or remove "Any challenge made due to the recent Beavis case decision is countered by the fact that in June 2015 it is expected to be appealed yet again at the Supreme Court and so is disputed." from my letter?
thanks0 -
It is now being appealed at the Supreme Court! The only reference you now need to make about the Beavis case is contained in the blue typeface I referenced above.
Place your GPEOL appeal paragraph at the end of your appeal, then as a final sub-paragraph place the blue typeface wording. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
