uktrustloans, legit or not?
Hi peeps. So I've been looking for a loan, and was referred to these guys by a broker. However, they require a guarantor. I told them I didn't have one, and after initially saying they couldn't do anything, the agent said he'd speak to his boss. He came back and asked for the first month's payment upfront (using a ukash payment). Uktrustloans.com has anyone had any experience with them? I'm desperate for the cash (washing machine, cooker, both broken and out of options to get them fixed.). So I just need to know if I can use these guys. Any help or advice would be appreciated?

Does it sound legit?
There is no loan, and the first months payment is where they make their money, through an untracable source, obviously.....💙💛 💔0 -
They never asked for a fee though until I said I didn't have a guarantor.0

It's still not legitimate.💙💛 💔0

Sorry but if the answer to this question isn't 100% clear.....then please stop looking for a loan!0 -
It's simple. If you're reduced to dealing with these companies you have problems.
STOP LOOKING FOR CREDIT0 -
And if you do go looking for a loan, take an adult with you.
seriously? These goons ask you to give THEM money when you are the one needing a loan but you can't see through the scam?
Well done for posting on here first, you've saved yourself from getting scammed, but accept the fact there is no loan available to you. maybe a crisis loan off it is indeed a crisis.0 -
Just want to add that when my oven broke i got a second hand one from EBay for £40 and it has been going strong with no problems for 5 years. Also my washing machine was a Beko from Asda 7 years ago and cost £99 and still works.
So for £139 I got both items you require
How much is the monthly payment that you have been quoted?0 -
They want 50 a month (estimate). But they'll accept 35 for the first month. I've read reviews about them, just under half were good, but had slight problems with them. I also contacted the FCA and they confirmed that they do indeed have a registered company number with them. This is why I'm confused, there's so much conflicting info, it's not because I'm an idiot. Desperate? Yes. But not an idiot.0

Ukash...money up front...it's a scam.0

I echo what everyone else has said, go to well known lenders, if they wont lend to you then stop looking and look at your spending, the debt free board is what you need.
Ukash being involved should be a dead giveaway.
Ask yourself why they don't use other systems other lenders use for repayments.0
