Debt collectors never come knocking at the door. Their stupid letters come in quite handy if you file them on a hook next to your toilet.Je suis Charlie.0 -
There are Threads about BPA-era tickets being pursued AFTER this or that ppc jumped ship to IAS and now, typically, dose their draghounds to pick up any bounty scent.
If this applies and your parking event preceded excel's change to IAS, insist on a POPLA code, repeatedly. They must comply...eventually:-)CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Would you believe that the NTK's have both BPA and IPC on them! now what? just write for a popla code and say well it says you are BPA member on NTK?0
-
nope, they can be members of one or both associations
in the case of Excel, they are members of both but only pay for the IPC to use their IAS appeal system for appeals, ever since 01 jan 2015 (prior to 2015 they used popla via the BPA for appeals)
so as far as 2015 appeals are concerned its the IAS for Excel , regardless of being in both trade associations0 -
