My sister using the Co-op switching service and 45 days was up several days ago. Today she spoke to someone who said that she was eligible and that they didn't know what had happened but would make sure that it would be paid within the next week.
Is it reasonable to complain about the switching incentive not received within the time frame stated in the terms and conditions?
