I really can't imagine that people will be allowed unlimited ATM withdrawals that will count as purchases. If that is really the case now, it's a great deal - but surely unsustainable? There again, if it's foreign ATMs only, it will confound the stoozers so I suppose the chances to exploit this are limited.0 -

You cannot use the Supercard in the UK, whilst linked to a credit card. If it's linked to a debit card, there's a fee if you use the Supercard in the UK, of 50p per POS transaction and £2 per ATM transaction.0
