Hello first time poster, and I thought I would start with a BIG THANK YOU
Been emailing back and forth with QuickQuid regarding a mystery £140 payment on my account.
I kept on stating the fact that they have never advised me of the payemt, therefore it is not within the OFT guidelines.
QuickQuid in response refused to even talk about that, and just kept on demanding the money.
...and for 2 weeks, this merry little dance has gone on back and forth, with neither of us giving ground.
Signed up to Resolver today. Sent them an email through your system at 12:18 this afternoon.
Got a response at 14:45 same day:
Many thanks, and I will be recommending this wonderful site to everyone!
Will I be using QuickQuid again? NO!!! I'm getting it paid off ASAP and learning from a difficult experience
