GMX email account

Hi can anyone help
I've had a GMX email account for a few months now which I am very happy with, one thing that is really bugging me though is that it doesn't auto refresh, so every time I hear my phone ping telling me I have an email, I go to my desktop and low and behold it doesn't appear unless I press F5 or refresh
Does anyone know why?

Try using this extension.... Super Auto Refresh
GMX doesn't auto refresh from it's settings AFAIK so you need to refresh the TAB automatically to get your mail down regularly.
I personally use Thunderbird to get my GMX mail and have no problems, it downloads on there and on my phone simultaneously. Not a big fan of Webmail unless I'm away and have no phone signal....
