Hi can anyone help
I've had a GMX email account for a few months now which I am very happy with, one thing that is really bugging me though is that it doesn't auto refresh, so every time I hear my phone ping telling me I have an email, I go to my desktop and low and behold it doesn't appear unless I press F5 or refresh
Does anyone know why?

GMX doesn't auto refresh from it's settings AFAIK so you need to refresh the TAB automatically to get your mail down regularly.
I personally use Thunderbird to get my GMX mail and have no problems, it downloads on there and on my phone simultaneously. Not a big fan of Webmail unless I'm away and have no phone signal....Drinking Rum before 10am makes you
