    There's a human ANPR machine at my Waitrose, with his camera and notebook logging all the cars in and out. I'm sure it says 'Brittania' on the back of his uniform, but I'll try and get a look when I'm next in.

    Park Mark isn't a PPC, it's just the BPA's stupid scheme for accrediting supposedly safe car parks. The following report will give you some idea of how effective it is (yes, it's a "Park Mark" car park):
