has anyone got a way of checking
A93YM708 and A79YP365
those numbers are in the public domain , and were put on hold in jan/feb awaiting the bevis appeal
they are the 2 test cases , cel v coop staff

Is this in relation to Pranky's blog about whether the Coop have done a deal with CEL/DEAL to drop the cases against their staff?0

yes it is , seems to have gone very quiet since jan/feb , and I wondered if (as pranky thought) the claims had been mysteriously dropped , hoping that no publicity is good publicity0

yup that's the only info I could find , but that goes back to jan/feb and the court of appeal , the case has been done , so the test claims should restart , upto now no formal application has been laid to the supreme court ,
I thought it would be an easy task checking those claim numbers were currently active , but as I said , I cannot locate a database to check from.
"IF" the cases had been quietly dropped , I cannot see the coop shouting about it on their website , can you?0
