Cant log onto vanquis

Is anyone else having problems logging on to vanquis everytime I try evanquis it says theres a problem with the security ive scan my computer and tried my phone. Is anyone else having this issue?

Had similar issues.

For sometime evanquis have been using a non secure URL for logging in, however, they seem to have got their act together with a new secure URL.

It might take a little time to log on, but it works and its secure.

I've been having problems with it since last night evanquis.co.uk gave me a Google safety check message - trying to access it via vanquis.co.uk gives me the signin screen but when I enter all my login details and hit submit it just takes ages to eventually say there's an error - it was fine all day yesterday. I've even tried the new mobile app but registration doesn't complete it comes up saying there's been an error too

UPDATE : they must have fixed it because I just managed to get in on the 4th attempt!!

Their payment systems might be affected too. I want to log-in too because they took a payment by DD when my account was clear but judging by my bank balance the payment was returned. My own fault for not closing it.

I had a text message yesterday saying I had missed my payment-i hadn't, it was on time. So have tried calling every phone number I can find for them since 10:30 this morning and every time I get an automated message saying they are experiencing technical difficulties. So appears they may have a few issues to say the least:think:

They upgraded their website the other day and it all went a bit pete tong and they have been chasing their tails ever since. Everyone has IT problems but the length of time it's taking them to sort this out must be a bit of an embarrassment
