ESA change of circumstances

Have been getting my NI Stamp paid while on WRAG ESA since March 2014 as husband works over 30 hours a week. I have started working 9 hours a week ( ESA informed now waiting for PW1 Form) Hubby now wants to separate and move out and put house for sale ( no mortgage). No dependant children . Am unable to work out entitlements Any help appreciated Thanks. Also I have to have a reassessment in August this year.Health remains the same. One smamm works pension £86 a month.

    If your husband leaves you would potentially be entitled to ESA (IR). Without knowledge of how much you earn, savings etc it's not possible to give any kind of precise answer. The pension is taken into account for IR benefit.

    Thanks Tellito1 I'm only working 9 hours a week £6.52 an hour I did try more hours but my health suffered so had to cut down got about £6800 in an ISA and that's it until the house is sold.
