I recieved 3 fines at i parked in a office car park which i did not realise that it was private. I ignored the letters as I asked a few people saying that you should never pay private fines then i just got sent 4 fines instead of 3 from the Debt Recovery Plus LTD saying if i dont pay them they will take my too court i honestly don't know what to do. I've read some things on here saying they're liars and trying to take money of people but i need help ASAP

As above, read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, especially the bit about ignoring debt collectors, but not ignoring private parking tickets. Whoever told you to ignore them are idiots. (This only applies to England or Wales.)

You have not receive a fine either, it is an invoice that you do not have to pay if you appeal it properly if in England or Wales (may be too late now if you have been incorrectly ignoring them.) The advice is still to ignore DRP. Never ever ever 'phone a debt collector or a parking company.
