VCS Parking charge notice advice needed please

Hey all, I'm a 20yo male who's just got one of these parking charge notices through the post, being young and somewhat nieve I obviously want advice before I go ahead and react to this.
They're wanting £100 or £60 if I pay within the next 2 weeks. They have three images of my car park in this area.
Basically I was picking up a bunch of friends and stopped in a apparently "no stopping/waiting in restricted areas zone" while I ate some KFC
was literally there for around 4-5 minutes before leaving, this area is located near a local football ground, which had a game on this day. Which gave me little more reason to believe this was a legit fine as there is A LOT of people parking everywhere.. Such as mcdonalds and nearby resturants.
I have read the sticky and I'm going to appeal but just wanted to know if anyone has any similar experiences and what I should say in my appeal. So my main question is do I mention my name in the appeal? Do I say I was driving the car?
Many thanks any advice is needed being a little young I'm not really understanding the sticky thread so thought this was best.

did you see the signs when you parked up?0 -
If the sticky isn't giving you the map of the process, then it needs updating, but I suspect you may need to read it again without rushing through it.
There are lots of people with similar experiences and if you do a search on either McDonald or KFC on this forum, you will see just what their problems were and how things developed.
Your appeal needs to be a technical one and you should read the POPLA DECISIONS sticky - going back from the last one - to see what appeal points have won.0 -

No I didn't see the signs, going to have a drive down there maybe next week time but by the looks of the images I drove past the sign but this is literally a straight road with a dead end and I parked at the dead end for 5 minutes0
