I do know of at least one person who has won from these comps, and they entered on each site/sister paper for the particular prize they won. That is as certain as I can be that you won't be duping yourself by entering across the sites. However it's up to people to decide if they wish to enter via just one or all three sites.
FWIW when I posted this comp (iRobot) for the sister papers a little while ago I entered them both at the same time. I personally had no problem entering this one today, and it didn't flag up a warning for me.
