Th thee lesson here; don't get married (or at least get divorced when you're young and poor)
or to keep your half of pension instead of choosing something else esp if undervalued. And you can pay to have it valued properly, I would have gone down that route. I think your lawyer was pants.
As long as the OP pays in from their cash pot each year to the max of income, it will soon ramp up again.0
