It could be argued that the LL or their agent may have been pressuring you to leave early, but as they have done a complete U turn, they are leaving you in peace.
If you did complain to the Property Ombudsman, what sort of resolution would you be seeking.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
It's a horrible situation but I think this will eventually bite your landlord in the bum. The nice relationship between you has broken down and one day she'll need you to play ball or risk losing the sale.
Edit: What you could do if you are so inclined is to get another property lined up and then move out without notice at the end of your fixed term.0 -
If your LL/agent's actions have caused you to lose money, you can ask them to recompense you and if they do not agree, you can sue them via Money Claim On LineIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
