Why not? I'll see what I can do.
Obviously the IAS doesn't have to abide by the regulations unless/until it becomes an "ADR entity" within the meaning of the regs (which entails it applying to the SoS to become such an entity and being approved by the SoS).
However, it would be interesting to paint the IPC (and the DVLA) into a corner by challenging the IAS to comply with the regulations. Difficult for them to refuse I'd have thought, and difficult for DVLA to overlook such a refusal.Je suis Charlie.0 -
