Shared Ownership - Can I Put it Only in my Partners Name?
Options

We're considering a shared ownership option as we can't get what we need on the open market. We are a married couple with 1 child and another on the way.
The problem is my credit is not good enough to get a mortgage. We have a combined income of about £75k, which is viable for some shared ownership places who say a maximum of 80-85k income for the household.
But what we need to do is get the mortgage in her name - we think she will be able to get a mortgage for the right amount (we'll be speaking to a mortgage adviser in a month or so when we have a decent deposit, currently at about £9k).
Do shared ownership associations accept this as an option?
