iv. “Phase 4 - Culture” opens at 06:00am (GMT) on Monday 25th May 2015 (the ‘Opening Time’) and the closing time for receipt of entries is at 23:59pm (GMT) on Sunday 31st May 2015 (the ‘Closing Time’).

Presumably the item you purchased with a contactless card that you are then going to feature in your photograph for the appropriate weeks competition

So maybe for phase one which is food you might buy a bunch of bananas, using the contactless function, and the photo might feature you doing something really interesting with a banana or you might go for a different angle with "food" and pick something off the wall like mealworms and you could be pictured feeding them to your pet lizard etc.

If your visa is contacless it'll have the symbol on it looks like : (((((
