Hi Skint, sorry to hear about your job and sorry for my rambly post about Aldi when you'd just announced your bad news. I don't know how I missed the one about your job!! Sounds like you are making really positive steps to finding an alternative income and making the best of a bad situation. Good for you and hope it works out xx0

Ooh ironing!! I hadn't thought of that! I'm not that good at ironing, but it'd be something :j
Don't worry about the Aldi post chasingfreedom lol I used to use Aldi religiously, and think we're going to try it again this weekend (and use Tesco only for Value essentials that are cheaper than Aldi).
In regards to the Upcycling, there's really no one doing it in my locality, and I know there's a demand for it (via Facebook), so maybe just doing a few bits on the side and seeing how that goes I think.
Not letting the job news get me down though (life's too short!), so onwards, upwards, keeping positive and STRICT BUDGETING for me :rotfl: xCC #1 = £0/£200.

SS - You sound really cheery today, very glad for you. I think half the battle is keeping the mood level. I am the worst one for erratic highs and crashing lows, so I always like it when I feel cheerful & on top of the snow ball. You are doing all you can, No one can ask more of you." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Well, the sickness bug well and truly knocked us for six! Luckily only one day of takeaway (yesterday) for the kiddies, and managed to do a Tesco delivery online for today with a fridge full of ready meals until I am able to get around properly (money saving logic in there somewhere I'm sure!lol) - Aside from the stupid family drama's (extended family) all is good here - Surely everyone's families just like to act like idiots for no reason as well....?
Hope you're all well xxCC #1 = £0/£200.
