I seriously think you need to consider self employment.0 -
Yet another disagreement with your employer - you'll need the union and a solicitor on speed-dial at this rate.
You could negotiate a 'retainer' and bulk discount.
Plus, you never seem to take on board anything we say anyway... so why ask us?:hello:0 -

Think how the union rep feels - employer on one side, member from hell on the other.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 -
If this goes the way of all the previous threads, the OP won't respond here but will start another thread in a couple of weeks.0

Why do you think its wrong? Because it's not fair or because it's not legal?
I always thought that in contract law if an offer is made and that offer is accepted then a legal agreement is in effect
I thought the only way the contract could be void is if a unilateral mistake has been made whereby one party knew the other party had obviously got their figures wrong0 -

You say member from hell but i do the job required of me, am never later, never have day off sick, never had any warnings in 25 years of employment - so there are definately worse employees than me0 -

But how many man hours are taken up/ wasted dealing with all your complaints? However well you do your job, it does come across that you are a drain on resources.0 -
