ft portfolio behind the times

Hi

I use the free and normally useful ft portfolio tool for tracking the performance of my s+s and pension

Lately I've noticed the tool doesn't match the values in the real accounts; trying to figure out why but seems ft aren't updating their prices regularly. Current prices are those from May 1st.

I've emailed their support but no response and as its free can't really complain but wondering if anyone else uses them and if similar is happening.
Left is never right but I always am.

I used it for a long time to automatically update my Money file, and never had problem, but yes, it seems to be "stuck" since the 1st of May. Annoying, but as you said, it's free...

I see: it looks like the prices are not updated in the portfolio but are ok if you click on the fund link...

Or, it was all OK when I checked earlier today. Now the funds are all with price at 1st May!

    Very odd

    Just checked my FT portfolio...

Everything looks OK - The download matches the on-screen values which matches the fund data.

Equities/ETFs showing OK, Funds now show zero daily change and last update 1st May.

Seems to be hit-and-miss if you get the correct fund prics.

AHA! just checked using IE - funds show correct prices of today. With Firefox, funds show 1st May prices.

    What browser are people using?

I've just found out that on my computer, using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7, it shows all fund prices as of 1st May (despite deleting temporary internet files), but on Mac OSX using Firefox, it all looks fine!

Now IE is showing 1st May prices.... For me, it seems to be the first access of the day (on Firefox or IE or Android Chrome)) is correct but subsequent ones show 1st may prices....
