Appealed for PCN but still received Notice to Registered Keeper

Hi all
Thanks for your advice
I received a parking notice on the 4th April which I appealed against within few days. I sent a recorded signed for delivery to the address and it has been delivered and signed.
But I have received the NTRK on 8th may which has no mention about my appeal.
What should I do now.
Send the appeal again with further evidence of my initial appeal or wait.
Please advice.
