Transfer of childcare vouchers to another child

Hi there - I've had a hunt around on the internet and not been able to find a clear answer to this, so thought I'd try here!
As I understand it, as the new childcare scheme (the 20% government pay in) starts later this year and as a result, existing childcare voucher schemes will close to new applicants.
I believe a family with one child in childcare is often better off on the old scheme (if both parents are claiming vouchers - up to £243 each) - depending on the cost of the childcare. However, if you have another child after the new scheme is introduced, is it possible to keep paying into the old scheme and use these vouchers to pay for the child care of the new child (once the older one starts school)?
I seem to remember that the child had to be named on one of the schemes I've belonged to, but I'm not sure how or if a transfer of vouchers (within family, from one sibling to another) would work.
Any ideas??

I don't think my childcare vouchers are for a named child - until they are sent to the nursery with that name in the reference.
I would have thought as long as you don't leave the scheme you can continue to use it."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Our vouchers don't name the child, but I understand from the voucher people we are on a very old system, because when we moved they really struggled to change our address and wanted us to move online.0
