Declaring self employment hours

Can someone tell me if this is a satisfactory way of keeping a record of my self employed hours for tax credits I have basically done a table which has 3 Columns titled day, time taken, what for.for example iv got as my first entry Wednesday 6th may 20 minutes writing out 15 order forms to go inside brochures and putting brochures into individual bags.btw its avon I'm doing
