The Landsdowne Hotel on the Antrim Road has a Sunday Carvery...basic beef/chicken with trimmings..
You can stroke that one off the list, closed down suddenly, looks like financial problems.

Update: Took the oldies to The Stormont. They enjoyed it, so a thumbs up for there. It was £23 a head, drinks on top of that. Eat as much of everything (as many desserts as you like). It didn't look like a huge selection of starters, but once you went round the food table you realised there actually was a lot. Quality... well it was a carvery......but I'd say it was quite good (but then I like more al dente / rare food). I did think the desserts were all quite similar, ie quite a few cheesecakes.
There was not so many people at it, so it was a nice relaxed meal. That was nice.
