All in one finance email?

Does anybody know an email adress i can write in to regarding finance with all in one finance company?

Im looking for a complaints department if anyone can give any info on this. Ive been trying to ring for the past week on a premium number and its becoming a bit of a joke.

yeah thats my next course of action. I just wanted to get something to them via email ASAP so they cant say i havent tried to resolve the matter.

yes but i like to give plenty of notice and cover all areas. Its regarding the warranty with Carcraft and after numerous phone calls where ive ended up leaving a voicemail on more than one occasion they havent got back to me. ill be writing to them and i was looking for an email address to use also.

Im in the dark about what to do about my warranty and just want some clarity on it as to wether i need to keep up with payments on the agreement thats been broken or not.

Email will be ignored the same as a voicemail, just write the letter.
