Moneysupermarket automatically generated quotes had wrong date, watch out!

If you receive automatically generated quotes from moneysupermarket, double check the start date! Apparently they use the data you entered the previous year to generate the quotes. Last year my policy started on the 13th May, the quotes moneysupermarket had automatically generated for me started on the 14th of May. If I hadn't realised I could have been fined for having an uninsured vehicle. Luckily I did realise but this meant I had to cancel & then re-start the new policy, resulting in an additional cost of £20.61.
Moneysupermarket customer service were not interested when I politely tried to point out this issue to them.
