Solid oak versus oak dining table

I have bought items from oakfurnitureland.co.uk recently. It is all solid oak but not made from one piece. Service was excellent & delivery was spot on, no complaints.

Good grief!

Go to a local auction and get a far nicer table for less than £100.

Or as suggested check out charity shops.

I agree that is ridiculously expensive.


Try charity shops like British Heart Foundation. I often find loads of solid wood furniture, being sold for next to nothing with minor or no damage.
