So the Xmas sting Im hoping wasn't as bad as I thought it might be due to me cancelling so much childcare in 2015 and having a credit balance! Woooooohooooo. Means I don't need to pay child care for Dec and Jan! So that's great! I'm not going to look at the figures until all the bills go out in Jan, see what op I can make and then work out what I need to do to make my June target!

The bad news - my big plan is like to go up the spout very soon. Consultation for redundancies starts at end of Jan. Nice of them to tell us the Monday before Xmas! I'm actually happy it's the beginning of the end! 70% reduction in staff so I'm unlikely to survive the axe this time!!!!!

Hope you all had a lovely Xmas and have a great new year!!!

70% reduction? Thats big. Very big. Stay flexible, work out what your options are. Are you reviewing your CV, at a minimum?

Huge reduction. Will they provide help with CV writing, job applying? Do you want to survive this cut?
Or is it something you have a hankering after?
Hope this next stage can work for you.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
