Apparently appealed in time - no popla codec

Hi. I received an initial notice from highview then a reminder and then a legal action pending letter.

Hadn't bothered to appeal by this stage - naughty me. Thing is the 'legal action pending'letter told me to pay within 14 days but the reverse of that very notice still gave me the option to appeal within 28 days (surprisingly) so I appealed on the 27th day by email using the general letter in the newbie thread.

I have received a response telling me to contact their debt collector (which doesn't phase me at all of course). What I'm wondering though is because they haven't given me a popla code and I've appealed in time (in accordance with the reverse of their notice) should i ignore from now on on the basis that they appear to have fluffed up their process or should i go back to them and challenge their action and insist on a popla code cos they offered me the chance to appeal in their 3rd notice. They made no comment on my appeal letter btw..... They simply referred me to their debt collector. Thanks for your help guys
