Well I have finally started my diary! This is it! I will succeed!!!

I have found lots of receipts today where you can win money if you enter the survey. Think I may have a go at it! What have I got to loose. This is all new to me!! Any tips would be appreciated!

I need to set up an ebay account so I can start flogging the clutter!!

    It's a new me!!

Almost didn't bother posting as my tablet is being so a*sey that I could have lobbed it into the pond. But here we go with today's small efforts:
*Slow cooker stew. Used two 'use it up' items in it & froze a spare portion.
*Made tomorrow's packed lunch, which used up 2 slightly ropey looking wraps.
*Took down the bunches of herbs I dried last autumn & crumbled them up to refill my herb jars.
*Cut the first of this year's herbs, tied & hung them from kitchen beam - oregano, sage & winter savoury.
*Sorted through huge pile of mags I was given. Put aside 5 nice upmarket Christmas ones to read in Dec. Tree/Turkey/Party dress.....they are the same each year so I shall be less tempted to buy any 2015 ones!
*Tipped out daffodil pots & replanted them at back of a border to enjoy again next year.
    *Watered greenhouse & veggie garden.
*Did a few One poll surveys. Have got out of the survey habit, & need to return to it as I'm keeping a tally of this year's survey earnings.
*Saved a bit of energy by sharing bath water & not having towel radiator on. No dehumidifier needed either, as opened windows.
    *NSD as stayed home.
    *Entered a competition.
Everything else on my list can wait till tomorrow.
Enjoyed reading through what everyone's been up to.
Dawn - Yes, I've been thinking about turning some of our lush parsley & mint into tabbouleh. Love picking home grown seasonal ingredients. I've made 2 batches of sorrel soup already, but the sorrel has still re-grown to 3 times the size! Will cut a bunch for curry greens next week.
    Ok, that's me done,

2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
    2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!
