Parking Eye Appeal

Hello,
I have received a Parking Notice Charge from the above as I apparently overstayed the 2 hours free parking at a small retail park by 11 minutes. The charge is £100, discounted to £60 for payment by 21 May. I have read the information on other threads but unless I've missed it, can't find the answer to the following: If I appeal to Parking Eye and then have to appeal to POPLA, that will obviously take me past the 21 May. If my appeal is ultimately declined, will I then lose the discount?
Also, am I correct in thinking that the recent appeal decision involving Beavis means that the possible defence that the charge does not represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss for the company is no longer available? Basically, the contention that a charge of £100 for 11 minutes is excessive is my only grounds for defence.
Thanks

all the reasons listed in the template appeal in post #1 of the NEWBIES sticky thread apply
plus the BEAVIS case is being appealed yet again, this time to the SUPREME COURT
you are also missing the fact of stating you had official business on site and have receipts or bank statements to prove it
plus you have not addressed a complaint to the landowner insisting on a cancellation too
plus you have a notional 10 minutes to comply or leave, plus driving round a car park isnt parking , so the anpr cameras captured your vehicle on the site for over 2 hours, they have no idea how long you were parked0
