                    Hi,
On the 4th of April I found a windscreen ticket when I parked on staples car park and left the premises (it was the Saturday after good Friday) then after doing a research I appealed the ticket by sending them the appeal template that BMPA advised me. However I still don't have any reply from them.
In the meantime something odd happened, I received a NTK from JAS but for the Saturday before (aka 28th of March) and on the NTK it is said that "the NTK providing details of the incident was issued via a PCN that was affixed to the vehicle screen" however I didn't have anything on my windscreen that day and I am not even sure if I parked there that day (perhaps yes!). So now I am confused about what I have to do. Please help me.
Btw, on the NTK they stated that my car is blue which is not (I don't know if this plays any role).
I really appreciate you help in advance.

car colour is irrelevant , its merely an invoice
if you have a postal NTK, send the template letter from the NEWBIES sticky thread, appealing as keeper , get a free certificate of posting at the PO when you mail it (dont put it in a postbox, keep a copy of your paper trail you are making)0

Thanks for the advice, the previous time (for the PCN that I found on the windscreen) I sent the appeal letter via email on appeals@jasparkingsolutions.org. Do I need to resend the appeal letter for that PCN via post also?0

you can do so if you wish, although there is no need
just appeal this one as keeper using the same method, or do as I said by post0

Hi, on the 14th of May I send them an appealing letter regarding the NTK that I received and they send me back the POPLA number which I will appeal as soon as possible however at the same time I remind them that they didn't replied to me about the previous appeal and the email that I received was that "We did response your appeal made on 15/04/2015 please see the attached file and date 17/04/2015" I received this email on the 14 of May instead of 17th of April. I checked also my spam folder and the email that they insist that they sent me wasn't there either. So now I am over the 28 days that POPLA give me to appeal so what I can do for that? Please any advice is welcome.0
