While shopping in Tesco, if I pay with a Tesco credit card do I have to swipe it as a Clubcard too or does paying suffice?

paying with the card fulfills both functions.

When you insert your card into the Chip and PIN reader it'll process the card and come up "Clubcard accepted."
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

Does anyone know if you can still use a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card just as a Clubcard after you close the Credit Card account, also what will happen to the existing Clubcard points you have on your Clubcard account if you can't?

(From memory) you can still use your former Tesco Credit Card as a Clubcard. You won't lose your points.

You can still use the card for the points. I found it annoying though and a fob is easier, I phoned up Clubcard and they sent me a new fob and barcode card, and transfered over the points.
