These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Eligibility

1. Prize draw is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years and over, excluding the Promoters’/Morrisons’ agents, employees and their immediate family, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Purchase necessary.

3. Maximum one entry per household. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. Any person trying to circumvent this condition by any method will be immediately disqualified.

4. Prize draw opens at 00.00 on 11.5.15 and the closing date for recipient of entries is at 23.59 on 14.6.15

How to enter

5. Participants must provide their name, address, till receipt number, contact telephone number and email address at morrisons.com/competitions and agree to the terms and conditions.

Winner Selection and Notification

6. The winners will be selected at random by an independent person after the closing date and will be notified within 28 days of closing date by email to the address provided on entry. If the prize is not claimed by a winner replying to the email with his or her postal address within six weeks of notification, a redraw will take place. Once an email response is received from the winner of the holiday, they will be put in touch with a prize management company who will then arrange their travel.

7. The winner must ensure that they have provided a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for a winner’s email address becoming inaccessible during the prize draw for any reason (including without limitation, inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the selected winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email address). Incomplete email addresses will be deemed invalid.

Top prize: 1 x holiday to Iceland (plus £1,000 spending money) The holiday is for two people to Reykjavik and includes 2 nights’ accommodation in a 3* hotel on a bed and breakfast basis, return flights from London, Blue Lagoon and Golden Circle tour, return transfers between the airport and accommodation, UK departure taxes and travel insurance and £1,000 spending money. UK airport transfers are not included. The holiday is valid for 12 months but excludes travel over the Christmas and New Year period, Easter and bank holidays. This does not include UK transfers. At least one guest must be over the age of 18 years of age.

General

11. The winner’s full name and county can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to Morrisons Skyr Holiday Prize Draw, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds LS10 1AB.

12. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as offered.

13. No cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
